校舎の爆破予告について
　
　情報学部・情報学研究科及び情報文化学部の公開メールアドレス
宛に、明日１１月２日（木）に本学の校舎を爆破する旨の通知が届
き、現在、警察署が捜査をしているところです。
　ついては、貴所属構成員等に対し、下記のとおり周知願います。

１．不審物発見時の対応について
　学内で万が一、不審物を発見した場合は、触れないようにしていた
だくとともに、最寄りの事務室又はリスク管理室までご連絡くださ
い。

２．建物及び敷地の点検について
　各部局の長におかれては、貴所属教職員に対し、管理する建物及び
敷地内において不審物がないかを点検するようご指示願います。

３．明日１１月２日（木）の授業について
　情報学研究科棟、全学教育棟（Ａ館含む全ての棟。）及び旧国際言
語文化棟（以下「対象施設」という。）で予定されている授業につい
ては、１、２限を休講とします。３限目以降の授業については、明日
の午前中に安全確認を行い、その結果を踏まえて改めて通知します。

４．対象施設の立入り制限について
　本日２０時以降明日の正午まで、対象施設については、一切の入退
室及び滞在を禁止します。

On Campus Bomb Threat Received
A bomb threat has been received by the School of Informatics/ Graduate School of Informatics at their public e-mail address, purporting that a bombing will occur on campus tomorrow, November 2nd (Thursday). At present, the police are investigating the matter.
So please inform the members in your department as follows.

1. Regarding Responses to a Suspicious Item
In the event you come across a suspicious item anywhere on campus, do not touch it and immediately contact the school office nearest to you, or the Risk Management Office.

2. Regarding Inspections of Buildings and Premises
We ask that the deans of all departments instruct their faculty and staff to inspect the buildings and premises under their department's management to confirm that there is no suspicious item.

3. Regarding Classes Tomorrow, November 2 (Thursday)
The 1st and 2nd period classes scheduled to be held in the Graduate School of Informatics Building, the Liberal Arts &Sciences Main Building (all buildings including the Building A), and the former Graduate School of Languages and Cultures Building (hereinafter referred to as the "Target Facilities") will be cancelled tomorrow. Regarding classes from 3rd period on, following the safety confirmation conducted in the morning, we will inform the departments whether classes will be held based on the results of safety confirmation.

4. Regarding Prohibition of Entry into the "Target Facilities"
From 8:00 P.M (20:00) today to noon (12:00) tomorrow, entering and exiting, and being inside of the "Target Facilities" is entirely prohibited.
