渡航予定の学生向けに、海外渡航前の安全・危機管理オリエンテーションを開催します。
春休み期間中などに海外渡航（研修・留学・旅行など）を予定している学生はぜひ参加してください。
個人手配での私費留学・海外旅行の学生でも参加できます。

【主な内容】
・渡航前後の準備、渡航中の各種リスクの対応策について
・海外旅行保険加入(学研災付帯海学の加入と活用の仕方について)
・緊急時の連絡方法等について

対象：　長期休暇中などに海外渡航（個人旅行含む）を予定している名古屋大学生

To All Students

A Safety and Risk Management Orientation will be held for students planning to travel abroad.
Students who plan to go overseas (for training, study abroad, or travel) during the spring vacation period are strongly encouraged to attend.
Even students arranging their own privately funded study abroad or overseas travel are welcome to participate.
*Please note that this orientation will be conducted in Japanese only.

【Main Topics】
Preparations before and after departure, and measures to address various risks during travel
- Enrollment in overseas travel insurance (including how to join and utilize Gakkensai supplementary overseas insurance)
- Emergency contact methods and related information

- Date & Time: Wednesday, January 21, 2026, 16:30–18:00
- Venue: Higashiyama Campus, Institute of Liberal Arts and Sciences, General Education Building (Main), 3rd Floor, Room S30
- Registration: Not required (Please come directly to the classroom)
- Eligibility: Nagoya University students planning overseas travel (including personal trips) during long vacations
