　年次情報セキュリティ研修未受講者に対する情報サービスの利用制限について（通知）

 

　日頃より本学情報セキュリティの確保にご協力いただきありがとうございます。

2026年４月1日付通知「2026年度年次情報セキュリティ研修について（通知）」のとおり，

年次情報セキュリティ研修の未受講者に対して，2026年７月１日より，情報サービスの利用制限を開始します。

未受講の方は，ただちに受講をお願いします。

　また，年度の途中で機構アカウントが新規発行された構成員についても，発行後90日以内に研修に

合格しない場合は，情報サービスの利用を制限します。機構アカウントが発行され次第，速やかにご受講ください。

　なお年次情報セキュリティ研修の受講状況は，別紙を参考に各自でご確認ください。

１．制限対象者　年次情報セキュリティ研修の未受講者または不合格者

　　　　　　　　新規アカウント発行者は，発行日から90日経過後

２．制限開始日　2026年７月１日

３．制限対象となる情報サービス

　　機構アカウントで認証するすべてのサービス

　　（TACT，学務情報システム，人事労務Webサービス，財務会計システム，

　　　全学VPN，名大ポータル　等）

Notice: Notice Regarding Restrictions on the Use of Information Services for Those Who Have Not Completed the Annual Information Security Training

 

Thank you for your continued cooperation in ensuring the information security of Nagoya University.

As stated in the notice dated April 1, 2026, entitled [Request for participation in the “Annual Information Security Training for AY 2026”] restrictions on the use of information services will begin on July 1,

2026 for those who have not completed the Annual Information Security Training. Those who have not yet completed the training are requested to do so immediately.

In addition, members who are newly issued an Organization Account during the academic year will also be subject to restrictions on the use of information services if they do not pass the training within 90 days after the account is issued. Please complete the training promptly once your Organization Account has been issued.

Please refer to the attachment for instructions on how to check your completion status for the Annual Information Security Training.

Persons subject to restrictions:

Those who have not completed or have not passed the Annual Information Security Training. For newly issued accounts, restrictions will apply after 90 days have elapsed from the date of issuance.

 

Restriction start date:

July 1, 2026

 

Information services subject to restrictions:

All services authenticated using the Organization Account (TACT, Academic Affairs Information System, Human Resources and Labor Web Service, Financial Accounting System, NU VPN, Nagoya University Portal,

etc.)
